During this time, the Ory'ka elite sent off several designated VIP's within the higher echelons of their government and top movers of industry in cryo pods set to drift into orbit.

Due to the heavy space traffic of large Rift-Gates located a few light years away, and Several species's maiden voyages through the gates to optimize travel between systems, the world was viewed as a landmark for passerby species.

The Ory'ka knew this and those in power unified their efforts towards a centralized organization dedicated to cooperation across species and hoping that their neighbors may be kind enough to act as asylum for their newly diasporized brothers, sisters, Zenest and Yukist.

This was the Organization. (of) Interspecial. Comradery. or O.I.C.

They Instructed all Ory'ka to be sent skyward that their attitude towards 'Outlanders' would need to follow a rigid procedure meant to reduce friction between both parties.

This plan had mixed results though, the Ory'ka still planet side during the diaspora were ill prepared for the true scarcity of resources and rising unrest amongst working class citizenry.

The Elites were ousted and executed in the streets and the remaining population either betrayed each other, observed and exclusionist policy, or disappeared completely.
