Rift Whales

Interstellar organisms able to bend the fabric of space time to tunnel through space towards new locations,

Their habitat exists in-between stellar systems, though habitat is a strong term in regards to a primarily nomadic species,

Rift Whales have not been observed eating or resting, existing in a constant state of motion,

Though they do age, it is seemingly contingent on their proximity to the White Hole at the beginning of creation.

Appearing younger from the black hole side of any given capillary of the Rift-Way and closest to the white hole at creations beginning.

Oldest in the most Branched Rift-Way routes.

Rift Whale Routes open with a consistent periodicity and Rift Whales are as stubborn as mules about timetables and deadlines.

A Rift Whale will make every effort other than intentional harm to make it to their next station.
